Julie
I’m a “body nerd” who loves people, so being a trainer comes naturally. My influences include running, dance, yoga, cooking, years as correspondence editor for food and fitness publications, and a degree in visual art.
I am constantly exploring movement and being playful, trying everything from Olympic lifting to contemporary dance and kickboxing. I’ve also worked with a variety of populations, from homeless children to adults and children with special needs, to collegiate athletes.
I believe we all deserve the opportunity to move well enough to pursue that which brings us joy.
