Summer Strong is a 21-day challenge designed to help you build strength, flexibility and balance using the power of your own body. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced strength trainer, embrace the power of body weight strength work and flexibility exercises to increase your lean body mass, enhance your balance, and elevate your overall well-being. Become Summer Strong and embark on a path towards a stronger, healthier, and more active you!

1. REGISTER ONLINE OR ON-SITE

Register online or onsite at the Eagan Center for Wellness by August 2nd.

 

2. ATTEND THE KICK-OFF WEEK

Pick up your participant guide during the kickoff week July 29th- August 2nd
and begin tracking on August 5th. You can also track and complete this
campaign through the link that will be emailed to you each week.

 

3. COMPLETE 3 ACTIVITIES PER WEEK

​​​​Participate in at least 3 workouts – any combination of strength
training, flexibility, balance, and cardio. Wellness will provide you
with weekly workouts for strength training, flexibility, and balance
movements. You may also choose your own. Extra days in the week
can be used to repeat exercises you enjoyed or want to focus on.

4. SUBMIT YOUR GUIDE

​​​​Submit the completed calendar to the Wellness Center by August 30th
for campaign credit and to be entered in the prize drawing.
