livewell, WellBody’s solution for weight loss, is for anyone ready to lose extra weight or anyone with high or borderline high blood sugar, blood pressure, or cholesterol.

HOW DOES THIS PROGRAM WORK?

livewell has been proven to reduce weight, improve eating and exercise habits and prevent diabetes.

Session 4 classes begin Thursday, May 1st. Program is 10 weekly sessions, followed by 2 optional follow up sessions. Weekly classes will meet in person on Thursdays (time to be determined) or virtually 11:30am - 12:15pm.

Classes will be offered virtually and in person.

Participants will receive a participant guide + food and activity tracker.
