Rewards Program
WellBody+ Rewards are based on participating in the WellBody Club health screening, coaching and program campaigns offered annually. Active employees and spouses on the traditional medical plan can earn up to $150 per month off their monthly medical plan premium by setting goals with their health coach and reaching them. The Rewards program is available to full time, benefit-eligible employees and spouses.
**To be eligible for the WellBody Club Program Rewards and health plan premium reduction, participants must complete their annual health screening and coaching, as well as complete up to 2 programs each calendar year.
Notice of Reasonable Alternative Standard: Your WellBody program is committed to helping you achieve your best health. Rewards for participating in a wellness program are available to all employees. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a reward under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means.
